What we collect
When you request early access, we collect your name, work email, firm or company, optional role, consent, and the time needed to administer the request. Please do not send investment documents, credentials, financial account information, recommendation inputs, or other sensitive material.
Why we use it
We use these details only to evaluate interest in Cognira, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, contact you about early access, and operate the intake service securely. The public site does not use advertising trackers.
Storage and retention
Submissions are encrypted in AWS and configured to expire after no more than 180 days. Operational logs have bounded retention and are designed not to contain submitted form values. Authorized service providers may process data only to operate this service.
Your choices
You do not need to submit the form to browse this site. To ask about your submission or request deletion, email hello@cognira.ventures. We may retain limited information where reasonably necessary for security or legal obligations.
